Delete your Zirzir account

Two ways to do it, and what happens to your data.

In the app

Open Zirzir, go to More → Delete my account, and confirm. If you own a business, the app first asks you to archive it, which ends your staff’s access to it.

Without the app

Message us on Telegram @Lomilab_dev or email [email protected] from the Google account you sign in with, and say you want your Zirzir account deleted. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete it within 30 days.

What’s deleted

Your sign-in details and profile (name, email, picture), and your membership of every business.
The records you entered for a business (orders, payments, expenses) stay with that business, marked with who recorded them, because the owner needs complete books.
If you own a business and want its records deleted too, say so in your message. Backups are cleared within 7 days.

Gym members

If your gym uses Zirzir, you don’t have a Zirzir account: the gym keeps your member record. Ask the gym to delete it, or message us as above with the gym’s name and your phone number. Your name, phone number, Telegram username, gender, notes and check-ins are deleted and your card stops working; the plans and payments stay in the gym’s books without your name.
