Your details, and what we do with them

Who we are

Lomilab builds websites, web apps, mobile apps and business systems. We run lomilab.dev and we are responsible for the details you send us. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it), what you need and your project details.
• Email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram: what you send us, and your address or number.

That’s all. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project. We never sell your details, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

• Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Cloudflare forwards email sent to lomilab.dev, and Google (Gmail) stores our email.
• GitHub hosts the site and Cloudflare delivers and protects it. Like any web server, they process your IP address and browser details to send you the pages and to stop attacks.
• WhatsApp and Telegram, if you message us there. Their own privacy policies apply.

Some of these companies store data in other countries, including the United States.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from bots. It keeps the site safe and isn’t used to track you. Our fonts and images load from this site, not from Google Fonts or ad networks.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we’re in touch about it, and delete it when you ask. If we work together, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call +251 99 068 1381, and we’ll reply within 30 days.

If this notice changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
